The Legacy of Tañga Family
A FAMILY TRADITION
Since early 1800s, the lechunan was already established by the Tañga family in Pateros, Metro Manila. In the year 1930s, it was Lamberta Ramos-Tañga who made the Lechunan more special. Nanay Berta, together with her children and grandchildren, continued the legacy of the Tanga family.
Today, Lamberta’s Lechon is now managed by Nanay Berta’s grandchildren. The Lechon is prepared just like how it was done since early 1800s. Fresh, Crispy, and Original.
